We are seeking your feedback on the draft Built Heritage Action Plan 2026-2031, which sets out how we will retain, protect and enhance our heritage buildings across Holdfast Bay.

Heritage buildings play a vital role in our city. They help shape the character of our neighbourhoods, add architectural variety to our streets, and create a sense of identity in our community. They can also be reused and adapted over time, supporting more sustainable outcomes and helping to maintain their long-term value.

While many buildings are heritage-listed, ongoing actions are needed to ensure our heritage is protected.
