In late 2025, the fencing around the disused tennis courts was removed following a condition assessment and with confirmation that the works could proceed without ground disturbance.

Council is aware of the current appearance of this area. However, resurfacing or other improvements cannot occur until heritage approvals are granted, as these works would require excavation and surface profiling.
