As part of stage 3 and 4 of the Glenelg Oval Masterplan, the City of Holdfast Bay will upgrade the north-eastern corner of Glenelg Oval and Margaret Messenger Reserve.

The upgrades will allow for easy access from Margaret Messenger Reserve to the new oval playground and public toilets through the plaza entrance off Rugless Terrace.
