Jetty Road, Glenelg local businesses are invited to get involved by offering a promotion, event, or exclusive deal just for Holdfast Bay residents.
It’s simple and free to take part. Just register your business offer, and Council will spread the word through campaigns across social media, print, and digital channels — all designed to boost local spending and showcase the unique character of our community.

Mentoring
Learn how to maximise opportunities for your business.
A dedicated team of business mentors are available free of charge to Holdfast Bay businesses. They provide up to 12 hours of support in digital marketing, business advice, retail, operational excellence, tourism, and business wellbeing. Businesses are eligible to access one or a range of these mentoring supports.
Book an advisory session with the Southern Business Mentoring Program.
Businesses that access the Southern Business Mentoring Program and need further specialised support or additional mentoring sessions may be eligible for additional hours.
Expert guidance is available across areas including digital marketing, business strategy, retail, operations, tourism, and business wellbeing.

Parking and Permits
Jetty Road Glenelg businesses are eligible for discounted parking permits in the upper level of Partridge St East car park. Parking permits are available for $6.00 per day.

Connect with potential customers by listing or updating your business on the Holdfast Bay Business Directory, which includes nearly 1,000 businesses and services across Holdfast Bay.
By listing your business, it also provides your business with a listing on the Jetty Road Glenelg website.

Assistance is available for businesses experiencing financial strain and operational pressures, with a range of support services that can help during challenging times. Businesses can access expert advice, financial counselling, tailored mentoring, and wellbeing support.
These services are designed to help businesses manage cash flow, adapt operations, navigate stress, and build resilience.

Rates Hardship
If you are experiencing financial hardship and do not believe you can meet your upcoming rate payments, you may be eligible for rate relief.
The Small Business Commission SA (SBC) is an independent voice and avid supporter and advocate for South Australian small businesses while striving to provide fast, fair, and low-cost dispute resolution on matters impacting their day-to-day operation.
A one-off grant is available for food retailers to install a milk-on-tap system, including a milk tap and under-bench milk keg system. This grant provides funding to support the circular economy and transition to more eco-friendly practices by installing a milk-on-tap system from Fleurieu Milk.
A grant of up to $2,000 is available to contribute towards a system.
