If you are between 12-24 and live, work or play in the City of Holdfast Bay, we need your help to update our new Youth Action Plan 2018 - 2023. 🙋‍♀️

We want to find out how we are measuring up against our current actions and how young people’s needs and opportunities may have changed over this time.

The Youth Action Plan will be used to guide the council’s decision-making when allocating resources and designing spaces, activities, and opportunities that engage meaningfully with young people.

We have decided to extend this engagement to allow us to further connect with school students in Term 2.

Prize Terms and Conditions

1. The promoter of the prize draw is City of Holdfast Bay (ABN 62 551 270 492).

2. The prize draw is provided as an incentive for participation in the survey, which is to be conducted by the City of Holdfast Bay between 17 March and 12 April 2022.

3. Information on how to enter the prize draw and prize details published by City of Holdfast Bay form part of these terms and conditions of entry (Terms).

4. The survey prize draw is open to all residents of South Australia, excluding employees of City of Holdfast Bay who participate in the survey.

5. City of Holdfast Bay accepts no responsibility for late entries or entries not received for any reason. City of Holdfast Bay reserves the right to: a) cancel, terminate, delay, modify or suspend the survey or prize draw at any time; b) withdraw the invitation to participate in the survey from any person, including where that person incorrectly receives an invitational email; and c) amend or vary these Terms during the survey period.

Entry and the Prize

6. Entry is limited to one per person and incomplete or multiple entries will be deemed invalid.

7. To enter the prize draw, entrants must:

a. accept these terms (or where the entrant is under 18, the entrant's parents or guardian must accept these terms);

b. provide sufficient input in completing the survey, including responding to all questions designated as mandatory to the level of detail reasonably expected; and

c. enter your contact details upon completion of the survey.

8. Entries will be deemed to be accepted at the time of receipt and not at the time of transmission. Incomplete, inaudible, or incomprehensible entries will be deemed invalid. No responsibility will be taken for lost, late, or misdirected entries.

9. At the end of the survey period, one entrant will be chosen as the prize winner by the City of Holdfast Bay through a random computer selection process.

10. Prize winner will receive a $50 Jetty Road Gift Card.

11. The prize must be taken as offered and is not redeemable for cash or an alternative prize. The prize is not transferable and must be redeemed by the expiry date designated on the gift card (if any). 12. City of Holdfast Bay reserves the right to disqualify any entry or entrants at its discretion at any time. City of Holdfast’s decision on all aspects relating to the prize draw is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

13. City of Holdfast Bay may request further information from the prize winner to confirm the prize winner and their entry is eligible and complies with these Terms. This may include, for example, requesting proof of identification.

Notification of Winner

15. The winners will be notified within 21 business days of the end of the survey period via the contact details provided.

16. It is the entrant's responsibility to ensure the entrant is contactable through the information provided.

17. If a winner does not respond to claim the prize within 8 weeks of City of Holdfast Bay attempting to contact the winner, that winner forfeits the prize. If this occurs, City of Holdfast Bay may, in its sole discretion offer the prize to other entrants until a valid winner has been contacted. Newly drawn winners will be contacted by email or phone.
