Northern Site - Progress Update

22 October 2025

The Northern Site is well underway, with the crossing taking shape. The kerb ramps and pedestrian refuge have been poured, and the retaining wall and handrails have been installed. Remaining civil work is the footpath construction, road reinstatement and some additional concrete works, which should be completed by Monday 27 October 2025, weather pending. Once the civil works are complete, Adelphi Terrace will reopen, and the parking controls around the reserve will be removed.

Aftercare will be in place, such as delineating bollards and speed signage, until the new signage and line marking is installed, which will take place closer to the end of the project.

With the Northern Site almost complete, work on the Southern Site will begin to escalate.
