Works are nearing completion at the Gross Pollutant Trap site. The GPT units have been successfully installed, and the seawall rock revetments have been reinstated.

There are two activities remaining: the maintenance access steps and the placement of duckbill valves on the pipe outlets. These activities will be carried out with a local path and /or road closure as required.

The Esplanade, Harrow Road and the coast park path will be reopened and swept of loose material.
